Frequently Asked questions

Q - Does the Mobile Music Hub have to be outside?

A - Music workshops and performances can happen indoors in appropriate spaces, for example a youth centre or a community hall.

 

Q - Is the Mobile Music Hub weather permitting?

A - An alternative space should be found if the weather is really bad, such as a marquee, shelter or indoor venue. If an alternative can’t be found then the event will be rescheduled. Please see our wet weather contingency t&c.

 

Q - Do I have to pay for a full 30 minute session if I just want 15 minutes?

A - We will happily do a 15 minute session, but the price is still as quoted as this is a minimum call out fee. 

 

Q - Do I have to register on the website to book the mobile music hub?

A - Yes

 

Q - Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm my booking?

A - Yes

 

Q - Can I pay the full amount when I book?

A - Yes

 

Q - Can I pay the deposit and the rest after my lesson?

A - Yes
